We have a 14 day no questions asked return policy for all unopened products. Due to the nature of our products and hygienic reasons House of Nic does not accept products that have been opened and used. If the return request is due to the potentially not working properly and or defective will be handled on a case by case basis, it is essential all original packaging and materials are saved/available as our replacement team may request these in order to approve your replacement.
